Tom enjoyed a very full life including being the first Rural Field Cadet, captain of the Lincoln College 1st XV 1948, a representative rugby player for three provinces (Wellington, Southland and Poverty Bay), farm supervisor and consultant, General manager of Taranaki Farmers Co-operative Society, Councillor and Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and part time farmer. He continued a close association with valuation and real estate until his sudden death. Thomas F. Moles worth (Dip VFM 1947-1949) died in September 1997. He was 74.
